Für Deutsch nach unten scrollen! 👇 Hi there! As I am hardly spending any time in Berlin (2 times, one week per year), I am subletting the spacious guest-room with kitchen and bad as a 1-room flat. The room consists of: • a big, 2-departments-wardrobe; • a high-bed (a raised platform with a qualitative queen-size mattress, which is typical for Berlin’s old buildings, as the ceiling height allows for it); • a small desk, which is a part of a shelving unit; • a corner couch, which can be converted to a spacious and quite comfy double bed; • an armchair, as well as a couple of chairs; • a coffee-table; • a rattan chest (for shoes or similar); • and a clothes-hanging rack, as well as entryway jackets and hats hanger. There are also sheets and towels in the wardrobe, as well as pillows and duvets in the couch storage, so you have everything that you need to move in straight away. It's the same in the kitchen — as I have been living in the apartment myself for over 20 years, there is pretty much everything you will need to be able to prepare a meal with your groceries. Also in the kitchen you will find: • a gas oven (which is not great) with gas hobs (these are gold!) • air fryer - Mi smart air-fryer, around 3 L volume • sandwich maker - the classical one for Paninis and one that only bakes from above (as an alternative to the not so good oven), which is perfect for a baked cheese-sandwich • toaster • kettle • espresso coffee machine - Gaggia (with high pressure and crema filter) • tabletop dishwasher - perfect for single households • fridge with a small freezer drawer • all possible dish-ware, cutlery and cooking utensils, that you will ever need 🤭😉 And finally, the small, but nice bathroom offers you what you usually find there: a sink, a toilet and a bathtub-shower, as well as cupboards above the toilet and under the sink. The flat is south-west facing and flooded with sun after noon-time. ☀️ It is in the north-east corner of Tiergarten (better known as Moabit). It is so central, that you could walk to both the Central Station (Hauptbahnhof) and the big park Tiergarten and the Zoo within 25 min., but you don't have to, as the bus station is around the corner (1 min. walk) and the U-Bahn (metro station) Birkenstr. (U9), as well as the tram-station Kriminalgericht Moabit (M10) — are only 7-9 min. walk, depending on your walking speed. Since the neighborhood is quite quiet, consideration for the neighbors is expected! I would really appreciate a female roommate who is clean, tidy, and respectful of the apartment's contents, as I've lovingly and sometimes painstakingly created most of it over the years. 😊 For best results, please view the full-screen photos. Da ich kaum noch Zeit in Berlin verbringe (2 Mal eine Woche pro Jahr), vermiete ich das geräumige Gästezimmer mit Küche und Bad als 1-Zimmer-Wohnung unter. Des Zimmer besteht aus: • ein großer Kleiderschrank mit 2 Abteilungen und viel Stauraum; • ein Hochbett (eine erhöhte Plattform mit hochwertiger Doppel-Matratze, typisch für Berliner Altbauten, da die Deckenhöhe dies zulässt); • ein kleiner Schreibtisch, der Teil eines Regalsystems ist; • eine Eckcouch, die in ein geräumiges und ziemlich bequemes Doppelbett umgewandelt werden kann; • ein Sessel sowie ein paar Stühle; • ein Couchtisch; • eine Truhe aus Rattan (für Schuhe o.ä.); • und ein Kleiderständer, sowie Hut-Ablage und Jacken-Aufhänger. Außerdem finden Sie Bettwäsche und Handtücher im Kleiderschrank sowie Kissen und Bettdecken im Sofa-Aufbewahrungsplatz, sodass Sie alles, was Sie zum Einzug benötigen, sofort zur Hand haben werden. Das Gleiche gilt für die Küche – da ich selbst seit über 20 Jahren in der Wohnung lebe, ist dort so ziemlich alles vorhanden, was man braucht, um mit seinen Lebensmitteln eine Mahlzeit zubereiten zu können. Außerdem finden Sie in der Küche: • ein Gas-Ofen (der nicht so toll ist) mit Gasherd (die Kochfelder sind Spitze!) • Heißluftfritteuse – Mi Smart Airfryer, ca. 3 L. Volumen • Sandwichmaker – der Klassiker für Paninis und einer, der nur von oben backt (als Alternative zum nicht so guten Ofen), der perfekt für ein gebackenes Käsesandwich ist • Toaster • Wasserkocher • Espressomaschine – Gaggia (mit Hochdruck- und Crema-Filter) • Tischgeschirrspüler – perfekt für Einzelpersonen • Kühlschrank mit kleinem Gefrierfach • alles mögliche - Geschirr, Besteck und Kochutensilien - das Sie jemals in die Küche brauchen werden 🤭😉 Und schließlich bietet Ihnen das kleine, aber feine Badezimmer, was Sie normalerweise dort finden: ein Waschbecken, eine Toilette und eine Badewannen-Dusche, sowie Schränke über die Toilette und unter dem Waschbecken. Die Wohnung ist nach Südwesten ausgerichtet und nach der Mittagszeit von Sonne durchflutet. ☀️ Sie liegt in der nordöstlichen Ecke von Tiergarten (Moabit). Die Lage ist so zentral, dass man sowohl den Hauptbahnhof als auch den großen Park “Tiergarten” und die Zoo innerhalb von 25 Minuten zu Fuß erreichen kann, aber das muss man auch nicht, da der Busbahnhof gleich um die Ecke ist (1 Minute Fußweg) und der U-Bahn Birkenstr. (U9), sowie die Straßenbahnhaltestelle “Kriminalgericht Moabit” (M10) — nur 7-9 Minuten Laufen entfernt sind, abhängig von Ihrer Laufgeschwindigkeit. Da die Nachbarschaft recht ruhig ist, wird von Ihnen auch Rücksichtnahme auf die Nachbarn erwartet! Ich würde mich wirklich über eine Mitbewohnerin (weiblich) freuen, die sauber, ordentlich und respektvoll mit den Dingen umgeht, die in der Wohnung sind, da ich das meiste davon im Laufe der Jahre mit viel Liebe und teils harter Arbeit geschafft habe. 😊 Schauen Sie am Besten die Bilder im Vollbild an für alle Details.
