Beschreibung

(english version below) Unsere geräumige Wohnung mit einer solide ausgestatteten, gemütlichen Wohnküche und einem Bad mit Badewanne und Waschmaschine liegt in einem Altbau. Dein Zimmer darin mit Holzdielenboden hat ein bequemes "französisches" Bett und ein Regal. Einen provisorischen Arbeitsplatz bekommen wir sicher auch bewerkstelligt, falls Du keine Möbel hast. Wir haben übrigens unseren Internetprovider gewechselt und sind mit dem VDSL, das wir jetzt haben, sehr zufrieden. Direkt vor dem Haus gibt es eine Tramstation (M4), von da ist es eine Station zur Ringbahn (S-Bahnstation Greifswalder Straße) bzw. in die andere Richtung sind es vier Stationen bis zum Alexanderplatz. Um die Ecke fährt auch die M10. Wir sind also bestens angebunden mit den Öffis. Wir wohnen also momentan zu zweit hier. Ich bin arbeitstechnisch meist nur an den Abenden und an den Wochenenden zu Hause. Mein Mitbewohner geht seinen Beschäftigungen momentan im Wesentlichen von zu Hause aus nach. Das große Thema, da uns beide verbindet ist die Kunst, ich von Theater und Film her, er von Fotografie und elektronischer Musik. Wir unterhalten uns fast ausschließlich auf Englisch, weil mein Mitbewohner noch wenig deutsch kann. Von daher wärs prima, wenn Du mit Deinem Englisch zumindest Alltagsfit bist. Der Mietvertrag ist befristet, weil noch nicht klar ist, ob ich es ab März als Studio brauche. Falls nicht und falls es zwischen uns Dreien gut passt, ist auch denkbar, dass wir weiter zusammen wohnen bleiben können. The M10 also runs around the corner. So we are very well connected by public transport. There are currently two of us living here. I'm usually only at home in the evenings and at weekends for work. At the moment, my flatmate mainly works from home. The big thing that connects us is art, I'm into theater and film, he's into photography and electronic music. We talk almost exclusively in English because my flatmate doesn't speak much German yet. So it would be great if you were at least fit for everyday life with your English. The rental agreement is for a limited period because it's not yet clear whether I'll need it as a studio from March. If not, and if the three of us get on well, it's also conceivable that we could continue to live together.
