Unsere wunderschöne 2-Zimmer Wohnung in Moosach steht vom 6. April bis zum 23. Juni zur Untermiete, da wir ins Ausland reisen.

Die Wohnung ist ca 90 qm im Dachgeschoss, mit einem großen Wohnraum, Schlafzimmer, EBK und Badezimmer mit Fenster und sowohl Dusche als Badewanne. Kellerabteil mit eigene Waschmaschine ist auch vorhanden. Sie ist perfekt für entweder Single oder ein Paar.

Die Miete beträgt monatlich 1860€ warm mit 1 Monat Kaltmiete als Kaution (1478,24€). Die Warmmiete beinhaltet alle Nebenkosten, auch Strom und Glasfaser Internet.

Moosach ist ein ruhiger, sehr gut vernetzter Stadtviertel im Münchner Norden. Die Wohnung liegt ca. 10 min zu Fuß von Moosach Bf und es gibt zahlreiche Supermärkte und Bäckereien in der Nähe.

Die Wohnung wird voll möbliert vermietet. Tiere und Rauchen sind nicht erlaubt. Ein- und Auszugsdatum kann auch flexibel sein.

Our wonderful 2-room apartment in Moosach will be available for sublet from April 6th to June 23rd as we are traveling abroad.

The apartment is around 90 square meters and located in the attic, with a large living area, bedroom, built-in kitchen and bathroom with a window and both a shower and a bath tub. It also comes with a storage room in the basement with an own washer for laundry.
The apartment is perfect for a single person or a couple.

The rent is 1860€ with all utilities included (including electricity and optical fiber internet) and the deposit is one month of the base rent (1478,24€).

Moosach is a quiet and well connected neighborhood in the north of Munich. The apartment is around 10 minutes walking distance from Moosach Bf and there are also many supermarkets and bakeries nearby.

The apartment will be rented fully furnished. Pets and smoking is not allowed. The move-in and -out dates can be flexible.
