Hallo zusammen!
Wir suchen Nachmieter*innen für unsere komplett möblierte Wohnung in Altona.

Die Wohnung steht ab dem 1. Juni für eine zweimonatige Untermiete zur Verfügung, mit der Option, sie ab dem 1. August 2025 vollständig zu übernehmen. (Achtung: Die Wohnung bleibt möbliert)

Zur Wohnung:
Neben Flur, Bad und einer Küche mit Einbauküche verfügt sie über zwei Zimmer – ein geräumiges Wohnzimmer und ein Schlafzimmer.

Die Wohnung ist komplett möbliert, es gibt aber ein paar zusätzliche Möbel die nach Absprache mitübernommen werden können.

Zur Lage:
Nur wenige Schritte entfernt liegt die Bushaltestelle Grosse Bergstraße. Von dort erreicht man in ca. 10 Minuten die Schanze und in rund 20 Minuten den Hauptbahnhof. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten aller Art befinden sich direkt vor der Haustür: Supermärkte (von Aldi bis Edeka), Restaurants, Drogerien, Kioske mit Paketannahme, ein Fahrradladen sowie zahlreiche Arztpraxen verschiedener Fachrichtungen.

Kosten:
Zusätzlich zur Miete sind die Heiz- und Warmwasserkosten sowie Betriebskosten vom Mieter zu tragen.

Einzug:
Frei ab dem 01.06.

Besichtigungen:
Sind vor allem abends möglich und erfolgen nach einer kurzen Vorstellung per Nachricht (inkl. Infos zu Einkommen etc.).

Hello everyone,
We are looking for new tenants for our lovely fully furnished apartment in Altona.

It will be available for sublet starting June 1st for two months, with the option to take it over completely from August 1st, 2025. (The Appartment stays furnished)

About the apartment:
In addition to a hallway, bathroom, and a kitchen with built-in appliances, it has two rooms – a fairly spacious living room and a bedroom.

There is an opportunity to take over some furniture, such as the dryer and two small wardrobes.

Location:
The Grosse Bergstraße bus stop is just around the corner. From there, it takes about 10 minutes to get to Schanze and around 20 minutes to the central station. All imaginable shopping options are right nearby: restaurants, various supermarkets (from Aldi to Edeka), drugstores, kiosks with parcel services, a bike shop, and doctors’ offices of almost every specialty.

Costs:
In addition to the rent, tenants are responsible for heating, hot water, and operating costs.

Availability:
The apartment is available from June 1st.

Viewings:
Can mostly take place in the evenings and will be arranged after receiving some basic information in your message (such as income details).
